Can I preview my Custom Portrait before I purchase?
Our hand-drawn custom portraits are digitally hand-drawn by professional artists that take hours to create a single portrait so we are unable to provide a preview before ordering.
However, once you complete your order we will send your artwork for preview in 1-7 business days and you can ask for unlimited revisions (see unlimited revision policy here) until you absolutely love your portrait.

And if for any reason you do not love your custom portrait, please let us know because we will make it right. And if we are unable to make it right, we will give your money back.

For Customizable Text/Image Canvas
Most customizable text/image canvas products have a "Preview My Personalization" button available on the product listing so you may preview your design prior to placing your order.
For customizable text/image canvas products that DO NOT include a "Preview My Personalization" button on the product listing, you will receive a preview image for your approval via email prior to printing and shipping. At this time you may APPROVE your canvas or request revisions. You get unlimited revisions (see policy here).
For Hand-Drawn Custom Portraits
Every hand-drawn custom portrait order will receive a preview image for your approval via email prior to printing and shipping. At this time you may APPROVE your portrait or request revisions. You get unlimited revisions (see policy here). We do not print/ship your custom portrait until you approve.
What can I customize/revise on your products?
We can change almost anything you desire on any of our products from hand-drawn custom portraits to custom text/image canvases.
All portraits are available in any skin color/tone you give us. We'll match the person's skin color/tone to your chosen portrait, so any of our portraits will work with any skin color/tone.
For Hand-drawn Custom Portraits...
Ordinary adjustments and revisions to the original photos that you send us such as any adjustment such as hair length, color, remove hats, glasses, add makeup, any adjustments to faces, color change to costumes, adjusting hair styles, removing/adding accessories, skin-tone adjustments, are all covered by our unlimited revisions policy. We allow 1 free photo change per person included in your custom hand-drawn portrait.
Major adjustments that require adding completely new items to a custom portrait such as changing people photos more than 1x, adding pets to portraits, completely customized background requests, combining portraits, etc...) may incur additional costs depending upon complexity of the customization because these requests require more time spent by our artists to complete the customization. Please ask us and we will let you know if there is additional cost with the customization.

Lost Package?
If your canvas painting is lost by the shipping courier, we will send you a new canvas 100% free of charge.
Item Arrived Damaged?
If your canvas painting arrives damaged, please contact us support@educofamily.com and we'll print and ship a new canvas painting 100% free of charge.
Unlimited Revisions?
Once you receive your preview, you are free to revise it as many times as you'd like until your are happy with it. If after several revisions, should you decide you are not happy with your custom portrait, then we will respect your decision not to move forward.
Major revisions such as adding a pet to a people only portrait, changing people pictures more than 1x, fully customized background changes, etc... may incur additional charges, however this rarely occurs. If additional charges are required, we'll let you know and we will not make those revisions until we receive your approval to move forward. Please see our unlimited revisions policy here.

How can I track my order?
You may track your order on our order tracking page here
We will also send you order tracking information to the email that you used when placing your order. This email will also guide you how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 12-48 hours after you receiving the tracking email.
The reason for this delay is that in most cases the first tracking event shows up once the shipment was handed over to the shipping carrier, however it may take a day or more for the carrier to process the order and send it on it's way. This happens most often during the holiday season.
What are your shipping costs/policies?
We ship everywhere in the USA and most countries world wide.
All USA orders include FREE standard 2-7 day shipping with tracking.
We offer overnight and expedited (2 days) shipping at an additional cost that is dependent upon the destination of your package.
International shipping is dependent upon the destination country. You will find the exact cost of International shipping at Step #2 of checkout.
If for any reason, your item arrives defective or is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we may send you a FREE replacement.
