For most of our products you will receive an email PREVIEW of your canvas for your approval within 1-3 days. For email preview products, we will not print/ship your canvas until you approve it. For fastest service, please whitelist support@educofamily.com to ensure your preview email avoids the SPAM folder
Other product listings include a LIVE preview image via the "PREVIEW YOUR PERSONALIZATION" button which will allow you to view an approximate preview image of your custom design.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your approximate preview image, please communicate your adjustments in the "Special Requests" section of the product page and we will gladly do our best to accomodate you. ALL special request canvases will receive an email PREVIEW for your approval and we will not print or ship it until you approve. If we are unable to accomodate your special request to your liking, you are welcome to receive a full refund.
